Sleep consultant Ann-Margritt aka Bedtime Snories as a kid. She wears a pink shirt, pink shorts with a belt and black varnish Birkenstocks. She's at the baltic sea and makes a funny face. She cut her little fringe herself.

That's me as a kid. Back then, I preferred to not sleep during the day and to be awake as long as possible so as not to miss anything!

Meanwhile, I know what that meant for my parents. I’m grateful that they always treated me in a wonderful, caring and need-oriented way.

Let’s be honest - it's comforting to know that the individual child’s sleep changes over time, even though it can be very exhausting in between.

Compared to my childhood, I’m now the one who prefers to go to bed early, while my son loves to have as much of the day as possible.

I guess that’s only fair!
